With experience of working alongside children and families with a variety of needs and good knowledge of childcare and child development, you’ll be providing practical and emotional support during contact sessions. You’ll need to be an effective communicator, have good IT skills and a flexible approach. It’s a responsible and challenging position, where you’ll build relationships and contribute to positive outcomes for children.
You won’t have to do it on your own, as you’ll be working closely with colleagues and receive training and supervision. You’ll need a full driving licence and access to a car to achieve the travelling requirements of this role.
