We believe in putting children first. And in this valuable role, you’ll ensure a high-quality standard of home-based childminding care is maintained through effective assessment and monitoring. Working with carers/educators and families to meet needs of children across the county, you’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to work with the public and resolve issues or tensions. Your experience of working in this Early Years field will be combined with an NVQ level 3 childcare qualification and an understanding of childminding issues.

This is a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2011.

Please note that there is a pay award pending for April 2009.
