WEEKEND SUPPORT WORKER
Care on Call provides a weekend and bank holiday morning call service to tenants living in sheltered accommodation in Salford. This is an extension to the weekday service provided by the area warden and ensures the tenants safety over the weekend and bank holiday periods. Duties will include travelling from the Care on Call control centre to the sheltered schemes and contacting tenants via the intercom system checking on the well being of the tenants and dealing with any emergencies that may arise. A vehicle will be provided but the post holder must have a driving licence valid in the UK or satisfy the Council that you can make acceptable alternative arrangements.
Grade D £13,189 pro rata (plus weekend and bank holiday enhancements) Hours of work – Saturday and Sunday 9.00 am – 12.00 pm and bank holidays Enhanced CRB will be requested
