£13,174 TO £14,682 per annum REF: 8124 Required for 1st September 2013. The Governors of our successful and popular school wish to appoint a specialist Teaching Assistant to join our team. We are pleased to be able to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed professional who would like to further their experience in a school which has high ambitions for both its pupils and staff. The post will require you to work in partnership with our teachers, parents, fellow professionals and support staff to ensure that every child achieves their full potential. Hours of work are 32.5 per week, term time only plus 5 Professional Activity Days, worked in accordance with service requirements. This post is temporary for one year subject to a review of the staffing structure and a review of the school budget. We are looking to recruit an outstanding practitioner who is an enthusiastic team member to join our dynamic Early Years Foundation Stage team. Excellent relationships are fostered between reception, nursery and the on-site Playgroup. The successful applicant would initially work in our Reception class.
You must possess NVQ Level 3 in Teaching Assistance or equivalent qualification; have extensive EYFS knowledge and a high degree of expertise in working with young children. We can offer you:
