Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS) Secondment Opportunity – initially for one year The Salford Ethnic Minority and Traveller Achievement Service works with children who have English as an additional language and those from the Gypsy Roma Traveller communities. We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant who is interested in joining the team on a secondment – initially for one year.  This will be to cover a member of the team who is working on a specific project. The post-holder will be expected to work school hours but must be prepared to be flexible as some of the work is carried out in the community.
