Teaching Assistant Level 2
The Governors of St John’s CE Primary School are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant Level 2 who is hard working and a committed individual. .
The need to be flexible in response to the day-to-day requirements of a busy school will be an important consideration for any applicant.
Excellent Literacy and Numeracy Skills are essential along with the ability to be willing to work with small groups and individuals under the direction of the class teachers. 
Applicants will need to:
• Be an experienced Teaching Assistant with experience of working with SEN pupils
• Demonstrate an ability to ensure that children make excellent progress and attain high standards
• Have a clear understanding of child development
• Be warm, caring, kind and nurturing individuals
• Be fully committed to the school and working as part of a team
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong commitment to the highest of standards
• Have a positive personality, and contribute to and be receptive to new ideas.
• Experienced in working with children in a whole class, group and 1:1 setting
• Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing
