Working within the IT Service Team, reporting to the Service Team Manager, your role will be to provide a timely and accurate response to customer service requests to ensure a high quality service is delivered in line with the overall aims and objectives of IT Services. The role is heavily customer focused and will require liaison with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
