Resources Officer (Media Centre Stores)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team working in the Stoke Media Centre Stores at Staffordshire University. We’re a busy operation providing a vital equipment rental service for over 1000 students and processing over 55000 bookings a year. The Resources Officer is at the fore of this providing an excellent standard of customer service and supporting the demands of our technical team. Working with up-to-date industry standard equipment, you will have a passion for the media sector complemented by your practical skills and an acute attention to detail. You will need to have professional production experience in video and possess up to date knowledge of Video and Audio Production technology together with a degree in a practical Media related award. You will be required to operate a complex database booking system, maintain high-end equipment, support user demands and prioritise tasks whilst providing a friendly and efficient customer service.
