Staffordshire University is looking for a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join the team to help push through new and exciting marketing initiatives at pace in a sector that is undergoing exciting and dramatic change, with a focus on marketing activity to drive student numbers across its campuses and partners across the world.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be integral in delivering annual Undergraduate and Postgraduate recruitment and conversion campaigns, marketing new awards, overseeing the event and experiential activity, notably Open Days and HE Fairs, as well as driving awareness with staff, pupils and students at schools and colleges. Providing accurate and timely insight and campaign analysis will also be required. You will work closely with the PR and Content teams to ensure fully-rounded campaigns are creatively and strategically produced and that all touch-points are met with work is produced on time, on budget and with measureable returns. You will be responsible for two Faculty Marketing and PR Officers and a Schools and Colleges Officer.
We are looking for a marketing professional with broad marketing knowledge, an interest in understanding the customer and strategic and creative vision. You should be a confident communicator with excellent planning and organising skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities whilst successfully meeting deadlines and targets.
This post is full time, permanent, working 37 hours per week.
