At Bexley College we are proactive in ensuring that we provide the best curriculum and learning opportunities for our learners.

We are seeking to appoint Personal Learning Coaches within our curriculum areas who will work as part of a team within the tutorial setting providing one to one and group support to ensure the pastoral curriculum is delivered effectively; providing opportunities for learners to stay on course, meet and/or exceed their targets and reach their full potential.

You will ideally be educated to NVQ 3 or equivalent with experience of working successfully with young people to help ensure they achieve their goals.

Most importantly, you must be able to engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
