Salary From: £14,376-15,932 pa (pro rata for part time)

  • Wolverhampton Campus, Learning Centre – Part-Time (20 Hours) Post,

(3.00pm – 7.00pm Monday – Friday + weekend working, one Saturday and one Sunday per month)

You should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and have demonstrable IT competence.

You will be part of the Customer Services Team which is led by the Customer Services Manager. On a day-to-day basis you will directly report to Learning Centre Supervisors. The role of the team is to provide a high quality, customer facing information service to the users of the University. As part of this team you will have a shared responsibility for fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all our users. You will deal with directional enquiries at an appropriate level and have clear referral procedures. Your role is to ensure that resources are readily accessible to customers and the Learning Centre environment is tidy and functional. This will include shelving returned and used materials and maintaining supplies of paper in the photocopier/ printers.

Weekend working is required.
