The School of Biological Sciences has a long-standing reputation for internationally excellent research and possesses state of the art facilities to support both its teaching and research activities.

The School is seeking to strengthen its evolution and conservation biology staff by appointing lecturers in those areas. Applicants should have a strong publication record suitable for inclusion in our REF submission and will be expected to establish their own research group. The appointees will teach in the areas of ecology, evolution and conservation. At least one appointee will be expected to teach plant biology.
