The college library service operates across 4 sites with over 300,000 student and staff visits each year and has a growing collection of e-resources and e-services. We require x2 Library IT/Customer Services Assistants to work as part of our front line team in the library drop-in IT areas.
As a Library IT/Customer Services Assistant, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the IT drop-in areas, and will provide help and assistance to users. You will have excellent customer care skills and ensure wherever possible that IT facilities are used in accordance with College policy.
This post will be based primarily at our Sandyford campus. Experience of working in an IT drop-in is strongly desired as this post provides direct assistance to learners using IT facilities. You must have good interpersonal skills and strong customer care skills, and be able to work as part of a team.
Applicants please note these are part-time, term-time only posts which involve working 25.5 hours per week between the hours of 10am and 7pm Mon – Friday.
