Governors have the discretion to appoint up to the third point above the minimum of the ISR) Required for January 2013 Due to the retirement of the present Headteacher, the Governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced leader to continue the development of this highly successful one and a half form entry primary school. The successful candidate will have; ? Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and Governors.
? Strategic leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining and further developing high standards of teaching and learning, enabling every child to reach their full potential.
? The ability to lead and support a highly committed staff team.
? The ability to support and promote a broad and rich curriculum both in and out of the classroom.
? A commitment to fostering a school environment that is positive, caring, friendly, encouraging and creative.
