An opportunity has arisen in the Academic Registry for an enthusiastic and capable administrator to help the Quality Management Division in the Academic Registry in supplying a full administrative service in support of the drafting, approval, operation and maintenance of Partner Agreements. This needs to be done by offering a service which is accurate and reliable but also quick and responsive to the needs of staff and colleagues in the University and in partner organisations. The service must at the same time operate and deliver in a way that complies with the expectations and requirements of the QAA Code of Practice, as well as observing the legal and financial regulations and procedures of the University. The post requires excellent administrative skills as well as the ability to communicate and deal with enquiries from staff, and external organisations, both face to face, by email, and by phone in a professional and helpful manner.
The post is offered on a full-time basis working closely with a team of colleagues in a busy open plan office.
You will have previous experience of student administration, quality assurance related work, or contract work, ideally gained in a University or College setting in the UK. Also you will have excellent customer care, communication and IT skills.
