The Academic Registry requires 2 enthusiastic and meticulous administrative assistants to help the Admissions Division in the Academic Registry in supplying a full clerical and administrative support service to the International Offer making process. The posts will involve data input, filing and retrieval of information, checking of data accuracy, communicating with and dealing with enquiries from staff, external organisations, and potential students both face to face, by email, and by phone in a professional and helpful manner.
Both positions are offered on a full-time basis working closely with a team of colleagues in a busy open plan office.
You will have previous experience of student administration or admissions work, ideally gained in a University or College setting in the UK. Also you will have excellent communication and IT skills. We would prefer you to have previous experience of working with computerised Student Record Systems in order to make maximum use of your skills and abilities.
