Due to the retirement of our current and well respected Headteacher, our friendly, happy and successful school is seeking to appoint an inspirational and innovative leader who will share in our commitment to develop each child’s full potential and with the support of the whole school community strive to make Carlyle Infant an outstanding school.

Our successful candidate will:
 Have a passion for teaching and learning
 Be committed to maintaining high standards and achievement for our eager and enthusiastic children in a fun but challenging way
 Be able to build on existing skills and strengths of staff in a professional and structured way
 Show inclusive leadership qualities with the ability to communicate across all levels
 Have strong team working abilities and show a willingness to learn from others to improve the provision for children
 Value diversity and the unique contribution that every individual makes to the school
 Demonstrate sound financial acumen and an insight on how to manage budgetary controls
 Continue to build links with the local junior school
