We need a support assistant to work with adults with learning disabilities, already living in the community, providing support to them in their own homes, on a one to one basis.

You will assist and support domestic tasks, personal care, shopping, budgeting and assist vulnerable adults to make choices in their lives.

Your rota will involve working five days in seven, covering flexible hours, involving some daytime, evening & weekend work

Previous caring experience or an NVQ 2 qualification in Social Care is desirable.

An essential criteria of the job is that you are a car driver and have your own transport and reasonable adjustments will be made for the disabled.
