The Governing Body wishes to appoint an outstanding early years practitioner to manage our Foundation Stage Unit and serve in our partner children’s centre as the designated teacher. The represents an excellent opportunity for an inspirational teacher with the ambition to further extend their skills and experience in a senior management role.

Asterdale Primary is a single form entry primary school with a recently purpose built (2006) Foundation Unit. All the children at Asterdale are hard working and well behaved. We provide our pupils with a first class twenty first century education. The school was judged as outstanding in its most recent Ofsted inspection (Oct 2007).

This is a temporary post for the Autumn Term 2009 and is available as a secondment. Applicants on a seconded basis must have the permission of their Head teacher or Manager before applying. Start date is negotiable.
