A vacancy has arisen for a Development Worker in the Quality Assurance team. This is a diverse role which includes support to Social Care Staff within locality offices, Family Visitors and Children’s Centre Co-ordinators across the city. You will support staff through their induction and probationary period and where there may be identified needs.
You will work closely alongside the Quality Assurance Manager to contribute to the production of high quality work and raising standards. This can be achieved in a variety of ways through, direct support and delivering workshops.
You should have experience of direct work with children and families, knowledge of social care systems, and knowledge of the Every Child Matters agenda.
