HOW TO REGISTER

We're delighted that you want to register your interest in vacancies within Bromley Social Care. We understand that Social Work is a demanding profession so we've created our Talent Pool so that we can help to take some of the hassle out of job hunting for you.

Your first step is to select one of the following job areas:

Newly Qualified Social Worker / Care Manager
Experienced Social Worker / Care Manager
Occupational Therapists/Senior Occupational Therapists

Once you've selected an area, a page will open automatically with a list of quick and easy basic questions. These questions are tailored to the job area of your choice and will help us to understand what qualifications and experience you have and the role you are looking for.

Once you have finished your registration your profile will be saved on our Talent Pool database and we can then search for you to fill a relevant vacancy that we have, rather than you spending time finding us.

If we have something that matches your talents, we will pass your CV and contact details onto the relevant manager who can contact you about the vacancy we have. If you do not match any of our current vacancies then it is still worth registering. Our vacancies are constantly arising and changing and we are continually looking in our Talent Pool to manage all the candidates we have registered.
