This is a key role in the modernisation of services for individuals experiencing mental health problems within Bracknell Forest. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management of a supported living project which also provides a respite facility and two small shared living projects.
The successful applicant will have track record of achieving excellence and will possess the vision, creativity and enthusiasm to enhance the success of the service, ensuring that the Transforming adult social care agenda is implemented. You will have excellent communication skills and experience of partnership working with both statutory and voluntary organisations, and an ability to engage users of the service and carers in all aspects of service delivery.
