The postholder will have a major influence on the smooth running of the school, having responsibility for the security, safety, cleanliness and maintenance of school premises and the development of the services. You will be able to manage facilities and contracts, lead and organise staff, manage a variety of competing priorities, meet deadlines, be aware of Health and Safety issues and have the ability to find solutions and provide advice. You should also be able to formulate ideas and solutions, and present them effectively to the Headteacher/Governing Body. Demonstrate high level communication skills, both verbal and written.

Easthampstead Park Community School is the ‘most improved’ school in Bracknell Forest, a 11-18 co-educational, comprehensive school which is experiencing ‘a time of great change’ created by our recent successful bid as a Specialist Sports College.
