We are looking for a secretary/administrator for our busy school. It will be your job to provide administrative support for the school including the Footsteps Nursery and After School Activities.
Duties will include:
- managing registration and attendance
- invoicing and reconciling invoices with payment funding forms
- typing newsletters,letters, reports and other documents
- dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- greeting visitors at reception, answering the phone and passing on messages
- being responsible for first aid and the medical room
- general duties to support the headteacher and governors as appropriate
The successful candidate should be an enthusiastic, well organised person. It is a very busy office and you must be able to prioritise, multitask and work effectively under pressure. You must be computer literate and have data base experience.
Ultra efficiency, accuracy and confidentiality are key attributes here.
