The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their passion for the subject area and have a desire to lead the department and develop the specialism across the curriculum. You will also have a strong commitment to high standards of classroom practice and will understand the importance of excellent learning and teaching, having a genuine regard for young people and high professional standards. The ability to lead and work in a team is essential, sharing good practice and providing opportunities for students across the ability range.
Easthampstead Park Community School is the ‘most improved’ school in Bracknell Forest, a 11-18 co-educational, comprehensive school, experiencing ‘a time of great change’ created by our recent successful bid as a Specialist Sports College.
