As Chair of two Local Safeguarding Children Boards, you’ll lead Board members in strategic development, contribute to improvement plans and case reviews, drive response to national and local initiatives and ensure that the voices of children, young people and their families are well represented.
In-depth expertise in safeguarding children within a statutory, voluntary or independent organisation is essential. This should
be matched by experience of chairing complex and strategic partnership meetings.
