With your experience in chairing multi-agency meetings and your knowledge and experience of child protection, you’ll work with partners to improve and enhance multi-agency working. And you’ll ensure that the voice of the child is heard throughout the process.
Participating in a number of work areas that enhance the quality and effectiveness of the LSCB, you will have a key role to play in monitoring and reporting on child protection activity to the LSCB.
We have recently introduced the Signs of Safety approach to our conferences. This is a strength-based, safety organised approach to child protection casework, it is being evaluated and early evidence tells us this has been a successful model.
