Admin Support Officer, Early Years, Childcare & Play

Hours:37 hours per week, term time only (Flexible working arrangements may be considered) 

Working pattern:Full Time, Term Time, Temporary position 

Location:The Rowans Children's Centre, Pondmoor Road, Bracknell, Berkshire

We are seeking an administrator to provide support to the Early Years, Childcare and Play Team based at The Rowans Children’s Centre.

Duties will include general administrative tasks, including filing, minute taking, arranging meetings, and collating information for professionals and providers supported by the team. Also, data input and the administration of the support budgets.

You will need to have good PC skills and be competent at dealing with a variety of people from a wide range of backgrounds including Early Years childcare and play providers, other professionals, agencies and parents. You will also have good organisational skills, and be able to work accurately and efficiently on a variety of tasks with minimum supervision.

Initially, this post is fixed term until March 2011 and will be dependent on continued Government funding beyond that date.
